Today I have to give you something which is what we call the 80/20 basic principle and it’s the Pareto’s Law at the same time, too if you have heard of the 80/20 or Pareto’s Law, it’s the same thing. Should you Outsource?

A good deal of controversy has taken place in recent years in the U.S. on the impact of foreign outsourcing. It can be a touchy issue and one which is worthwhile of discussion. In this particular article I really hope to eliminate a number of the common misconceptions on both sides of the controversy. If we do this we’ll be able to see clearly and make wise decisions about whether outsourcing is desirable for our own unique context (and there’s not one right answer to that question).
